Right and Left? What a Joke!

The right and left have are two sides of the same coin.  There is really no real difference between the Republicans and the Democrats.  The political parties exist to create an illusion of choice and freedom among the American people.  Democracy has been the perfect tool for the financial elite.  In the ages a kings and nobles the elite had to be careful about not pushing the masses too far because there might be a popular rebellion.  Today, the people are pitted against each other.  Whomever gains political control is controlled by the financial interests that control this country.  The debt will keep going up, the wars will continue, and the masses standard of living will continue to be inflated away.  We are told if we can just get “our guy” into office he will change things around.  This is of course a complete lie.  Once the primaries are over it is practically assured that both parties’ candidates are establishment men.  Both political candidates must tow the line for the elite.  In the unlikely event that an unconventional candidate makes it into the primaries at all, he will be targeted by the corporate media and the elite within his own party.  This is what happened to Ron Paul.   His ideas were far too dangerous to the power structure.  He had to be stopped and that is exactly what the establishment media set out to do.

Insulin makes you fat!

It is interesting how insulin can change our behavior and actually make us fat.  When we eat carbohydrates or sugar or bodies respond by producing insulin.  Insulin actually tells our body to store fat.  The body responds by either becoming hungry or tired and lethargic.  The idea of burning more calories than we take in is the common view on weight loss. Supposedly it is simple physics.  The problem is the cause.   People who are getting fat are taking in more calories than they are burning because there insulin levels are high.  There insulin levels are high because they are eating an excess of carbohydrates.  People who are fat not being lazy, the insulin response to the carbohydrates they eat makes them lazy.

From personal experience I was much more tired and lazy after I ate when I was eating the Standard American Diet.   My life since switching to a ketogenic diet has totally changed.  I have energy throughout the day and I rarely feel tired.  All this is because my insulin levels are lower because I don’t eat too many carbohydrates.  The human body really is an amazing thing once we start to figure it out.
